Abstract

Enterprise come in many different types but are usually divided by the law of the jurisdiction where they are chartered into two kinds: by whether they can issue stock or not, or by whether they make profit or not. The objective of this study is to know the modern Collaborative Tactics and its types, the need for practice its advantages and disadvantages of practice. This chapter has explained elements of organizational design that are vital for executing strategy. Leaders of firms, ranging from the smallest sole proprietorship to the largest global enterprise, must make decisions about the delegation of authority and responsibility when organizing activities within their firms.
