Reviewer’s Comments to Authors

Major Comments

  1. The study is analysing the employee empowerment and their performance in private hospitals. Hospital employees are mainly Doctors, nurses and lab technicians. But here in the abstract, introduction and some other parts of the paper it says ‘The paper explains about the employee empowerment and its impact on employee’s experience in hospital service sectors excluding; nurses, doctor and lab technicians’. If it excludes the main respondents of the study (employees of hospital) then who were the targeted respondents for the study. It is advised to the author to clear such incorrect word of study samples.
  2. Abstract is not fulfilling its purpose. Abstract should cover the complete need of the study.
  3. Introduction part of the study is not fulfilling its part. Detailed introduction regarding the title can be given.
  4. In research methodology there is a statement ‘In this research study, the researcher has taken a hundred samples from various services sector in Vellore district’ but the title itself cleared that the study has to be taken mainly from one service sector i.e. private hospitals of Vellore district. Author needs to clarify such mismatch information given in the paper.
  5. Review of previous study is not properly reviewing the related previous studies. It only says title or straight to the end result of previous studies. Author needs to give some more information on that part of the study.
  6. There is no hypotheses has been tested as given in the methodology of the paper (testing null and alternative hypotheses). Author is strongly advised to add the tested table/result of analysis on hypothesis or otherwise such statement of hypothesis should be removed from the paper where there was none of the study has been done.
  7. The second objective has not been done anywhere either descriptive/analytical way of study. It is important to analyse given objective or otherwise that point of objective should be removed.
  8. There is no information on data collection, period of study, techniques used for collecting the data, footnote and findings for the study. The author should focus on the above mentioned parts which are mainly needed for a research study.
  9. Conclusion of the study is not a complete one. It should be based on the major findings/outcome of the study.
