Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (version 2010 and above).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is 1.5 spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Article(s) should be submitted in an electronic format MS word (version 2010 and above) in A4 size, Times New Roman, Font size: 12, the Line spacing of 1.5, and margin 1 inch for all sides.  The text should not exceed 5000 words or maximum of 15 pages. Article must be based on the scope of SIJEd.

For submission, create an account on the journal's website and uploading your manuscript. Authors can view their article flow, editor decision, re-submission, discussions on Journal’s website by using their login credentials.

Title: Must be short and in relation to article subject.

Abstract: Include a 300-350 word informative abstract that summarises your research. Include the goal of the study, the methodology employed, the findings, and the implications of the findings.

Introduction: Declare the study's objective clearly, offer background information on the subject, and explain why the research is vital.

Review of Literature: Focus on the research topic or problem that you're attempting to answer while writing a complete review. Scholarly papers, books, reports, and other sorts of publications are included. Depending on the extent of your evaluation, you may also want to evaluate the chronological range of your sources.

Methodology: Give a detailed description of the study's method, including participants, materials, procedures, and data analysis techniques. Make sure to include enough information so that other researchers can replicate your findings.

Results: Present your study's findings in a clear and simple manner. To assist show your findings, use tables and figures. In this section, do not interpret the results.

Discussion: Interpret the results of the study, compare them to the literature, and explain their consequences. Discuss the study's weaknesses and make recommendations for further research.

Conclusion: Give a brief summary of the main findings of the study and their implications.

References: Include a list of all references cited in the manuscript. For references, use the 7th version of the APA Manual.

Language: Manuscripts should be written in simple, unambiguous language with proper grammar and spelling.

Originality: The manuscript must be unique and never been previously published, in part or in full, or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The highest acceptable plagiarism level for an article is 10%.
