Reviewer’s Comments to Authors

This current research on female entrepreneurship as a gender approach: case of the Tunisian microenterprises has made a try to integrate the gender approach in entrepreneurship so as to raise the chances of successful women entrepreneurs in Tunisia. It has been done mainly to study the impact of the problems specific to women entrepreneurs and the gender approach on their success. Both primary and secondary sources of data collections were used for the study. It made an attempt to answer the questions like what are the women entrepreneur-specific problems and causes and what is the integration modality of the gender approach in entrepreneurship? 60 is the sample size of the study and the respondents are women entrepreneurs of Tunisia.

Major Comments

  1. There is no information on period of study. The author should include on the period of the study which is mainly needed for a research study.
  2. The major findings of the study can be given instead of giving full analysis and its techniques. So that the readers of the paper can get clear idea about the entire analysis part of the study where there was lots of analysis report given in the study.
  3. There was no mention of the limitations of the study, one of which is the apparently high dropout rate. Also, mention how your results compare to (reference given to author) another study which was published very recently.
  4. Conclusion of the study is not a complete one. It will create diverse thinking about the entire study. The other readers of the paper can’t get the exact figure of result from the conclusion given in the paper. The author should write the conclusion based on the title, research findings.

Minor Comments

  1. Too many information has given randomly which is not particularly meet out the need for the study. The author should eliminate some data which is not relevant to the study.
  2. Researcher can be highlight the research gap and pave the way for future research.
  3. For every reference there should be a footnote in the relevant pages.
  4. Introduction part of the study is not fulfilling its part. Brief of contents in introduction regarding the title can be given.

The study has much strength where there was minor weakness also. The very important needed information of the study like period of the study, research gap and scope for future research are missing. And author should avoid clumsy information in the paper. The author should include all the needed information for the study to strengthen the value of the paper.
