Job Involvement of Law College Teachers in Tiruchirappalli District

Abstract

This study examines the level of job involvement among law college teachers in Tiruchirappalli District. A descriptive research design was adopted using a structured questionnaire administered to 50 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square test, t-test, and ANOVA were used for analysis. The findings indicate that 52% of respondents exhibit high job involvement. No significant association was found between age, religion, and job involvement, while caste showed a significant association. The study concludes that job involvement is influenced by demographic and professional factors. Future research may explore psychological and institutional variables influencing job involvement.
