Analysis of Self Confidence Among Tour Operators in Tamil Nadu

Abstract

The goal of the study was to Examine the Self-confidence among Tour Operator. The sample size was 100 Tour operator comprising of 30 Fromal tour operators and the rest 70 informal tour operator by raking Inbound, Outbound, and Domestic tour operators respectively. They were randomly selected. The domain self-confidence was assessed by the Rastogi Self-confidence scale. The data obtained were subjected to analysis using ‘t- test and Analysis of variance (ANOVA). It can be concluded from the result of finding that age and type of tour operation have a significantly effect on self- confidence. It can be seen from table 6 that, respondents of age between 21 years –25 years, Informal tour operators and Outbound tour operators were good in levels of self-confidence than their counterparts.
