Open Access Policy

Shanlax Journals provides immediate open access to its content, ensuring that all articles are freely available online without charge to users or their institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author.

This policy is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access, released on February 14, 2002.

Print Subscription Policy

While the online version of the journal is freely accessible, printed copies are available through subscription for libraries, institutions, and individuals. Subscription charges apply only to the print version and distribution services and do not restrict access to the online research content.

Author Rights and Reuse

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Shanlax Journals the right to publish and distribute the article under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., posting it in an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that proper acknowledgment is given to its initial publication in this journal.

User Rights

Users are free to:

Indemnity Clause

In the event of any dispute arising from copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party material, the author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shanlax Journals, its editors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such issues.
