Abstract

This paper highlights the relationship between human resource policies and workplace equality in the organization. By studying organizational based Case studies and reviewing experimental research. This paper establishes the relationship between the HR policies and how they are engaged in the organization. The policies are related to organizational performance and retention in the workplace. This paper studies and identifies the key dimensions of workplace inclusivity in the Organization which are represented by equitable pay structures, gender and anti-discrimination HR policies. The findings of the paper indicates that Organizations need to essentially implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in their workplaces. By implementing DEI initiatives, it demonstrates a better financial performance, stronger employee branding and increased innovation. This paper offers an evidence-based recommendations for the HR leaders, enabling them to institutionalize equality as a workplace strategic organizational priority.
