Abstract

It is significantly noted that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a pivotal role in changing the global economy. This paper also proposes a framework that tends to connect artificial intelligence capabilities to consumers trust, satisfaction and loyalty but also raises important concerns about data privacy bias algorithms and the need for transparency. Artificial intelligence has deeply transformed to consumers behaviour, Influencing the individuals in recognizing the needs, search for information, evaluating alternative products, make purchase decisions on engaging in post-purchase activities. The findings of this paper suggest that AI enhances market efficiency, contributes to sustainable competitive advantage and also improves customer experience in online shopping. However, it also highlights that responsible management and the use of an appropriate strategy are needed in order to handle risks and maintain customer’s trust.
