Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the corporate decision-making model. Bangalore is the technology hub of India. AI is being increasingly adopted in the corporate sector of Bangalore. AI is capable of increasing efficiency, precision, and data-driven decision-making. However, AI is creating ethical issues such as algorithmic bias, transparency, data privacy, and accountability. This research paper aims to address the ethical issues associated with AI-based decision-making in the corporate sector of Bangalore. This research paper is based on the existing literature on the subject. This research paper has evaluated the case studies of the corporations. This research paper has evaluated the ethical issues associated with AI-based decision-making. This research paper has found that AI-based decision-making is the need of the hour for the corporate sector of Bangalore. This research paper concludes with the recommendations on AI-based decision-making.
