Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the corporate decision-making model. Bangalore is the technology hub of India. AI is being increasingly adopted in the corporate sector of Bangalore. AI is capable of increasing efficiency, precision, and data-driven decision-making. However, AI is creating ethical issues such as algorithmic bias, transparency, data privacy, and accountability. This research paper aims to address the ethical issues associated with AI-based decision-making in the corporate sector of Bangalore. This research paper is based on the existing literature on the subject. This research paper has evaluated the case studies of the corporations.
