Abstract

One of the most revolutionary technologies affecting contemporary education is artificial intelligence (AI). AI-driven technologies, such as generative AI assistants, machine learning platforms, automated statistical software, and intelligent tutoring systems, have been increasingly used in recent years to improve learning in quantitative domains. For academic research, business decision-making, and data-driven problem solutions, statistical analysis is crucial. However, because statistical notions involve complicated mathematical reasoning and computing procedures, many students struggle to grasp them.
This study aims to investigate how AI technologies affect statistical analysis learning through secondary data sources. In order to comprehend how AI technologies affect statistical learning results, student engagement, analytical skills, and learning efficiency, the study synthesizes findings from scholarly reports, research articles, and academic journals. Potential hazards including an over reliance on AI technologies and a potential decline in autonomous analytical thought are also discussed in the article.
The results of the study show that artificial intelligence (AI) technologies significantly enhance learning by simplifying complex statistical procedures, providing instant feedback, enabling data visualization, and enabling customized learning experiences. AI-based learning tools enable students to do tasks like data purification, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and result interpretation more successfully. Nonetheless, the findings suggest that an excessive dependence on AI technologies without conceptual understanding could negatively affect critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
The study comes to the conclusion that, when utilized in conjunction with conventional teaching techniques, AI tools can significantly enhance statistics education. To ensure that students acquire both computational abilities and a conceptual knowledge of statistical analysis, educational institutions and teachers must concentrate on integrating AI technology in a balanced way.
