Employees are the lifeline of an organization and contribute effectively to its successful running and profit making the largest challenge for organizations is to keep up a stable workforce by reducing turnover rate through higher benefits and versatile workplace policies which makes results in important cost savings this paper focuses on however employee retention can be a strategic tool for organization profitability.
