Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has gained a lot of traction to solve difficult socio-economic and environmental issues globally. These companies combine business acumen with a focus on social value – on sustainable development with inclusion, particularly when excluding people. This specific study addresses the question of how social entrepreneurship can contribute to sustainable and inclusive progress from a mix of approaches. They took surveys, analyzed the data, and interviewed people to learn about their ideas—collecting data from questionnaires and analyzing it with stats and talking to people for their ideas—what really works! The results show that these social enterprise projects strongly aid in economic power, make communities more inclusive and eco-friendly, and boost overall resilience. Some major things help these efforts succeed namely, a knack for innovation, teaming up with stakeholders, and getting support from institutions. The study concludes with some hard truths that reinforce theories of social and sustainable development. Plus, it provides practical guidance for those who need it the most: policy makers, practitioners in the field, and development agencies. Therefore, social entrepreneurship is not just an additional route, but a tried-and-tested method for creating growth that is genuine and benefits all people, driving continuous transformation in society.
