SIJEd is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of its authors, and to facilitating lawful use of the works it publishes. This policy outlines the copyright responsibilities of authors, readers, and the journal.

Copyright Ownership and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their articles published in SIJEd. By submitting their work to SIJEd, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive their work in all formats, including electronic and print. 

SIJEd publish and distribute the work under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike.  (CC BY-SA). The author must know and give his concern and agrees that this license permits users of the journal to print and copy the article for non-commercial purposes and allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Use of Published Articles

Readers may use published articles from SIJEd in accordance with fair use principles and applicable copyright law. Readers may also reproduce, distribute, or display articles for non-commercial purposes, provided that the author and source are properly credited.

Commercial Use and Reuse

Commercial use of articles published in SIJEd requires written permission from the author. Reuse of articles, including republication or translation, also requires permission from the author.
