Abstract

Tamil literature is ancient. It has[ a long historical tradition. It is also a treasury of ideas that reflect people’s lifestyles. Although Tamil literature arose to reflect and delight the lives of the people, it is understandable that the purpose of literature was to inform scientific news. In that sense it is to know the agricultural science and technology found in Tamil literature.
